Do I Have to File an Initial Annual Report With the Secretary of State?

If you filed for a profit corporation or a limited liability company, the Initial Annual Report is due within 120 days of your initial filing.
Failure to file the Initial Annual Report might result in an administrative dissolution. Non-profit corporations, sole proprietorships, and general partnerships do not have to file an Initial Annual Report.
